Mangalitsa Butcher Class - reservation deposit
March 2, 2019, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. You will receive and take home a whole hog of pork cuts. Topics will include: anatomy of cuts; scalding and gutting techniques; whole carcass butchering; sausage preparation; smoking and curing techniques. $500.00 price includes hog and one participant. Additional participants are $50.00 per person. Balance due day of class. Lunch will be provided.
